Hey there! My name is Tessie Tokash, and I’m beyond excited to play games with y’all!!

My love for games started when I was a little girl, playing at the dining room table with my family back home in West Virginia.

Over the years, that love only grew! Especially when I moved to New York in 2019 and discovered board game cafés in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I was completely hooked! Not just on the games themselves, but on the community. I’ve made so many amazing friends across game nights, and I wanted to bring that same magic home to Rockaway!

That’s how Rockaway Game Club was born! I wanted to create a screen-free space for people to gather, connect, laugh, and always feel like they had a seat at the table! 🧩✨

This is just the beginning, I can’t wait to grow this club with all of you and start a brand new Rockaway tradition together! 🌟
